Hi. Glad you found this small bracket of my world on the internet. It's mostly about drums but there's also the more personal side of me that comes out here. This site doubles as my blog of sorts. Maybe I'll make you laugh, maybe I'll piss you off. It's all good! Just keep reading!

So You're probably wondering "Who is this guy"? Well, I'ma tell you what I'm all about in a very short narrative.

I've played drums as far back as memory would allow. There's pics of me playing when I was 1 year old. My first kit was a 1964 Ludwig Joe Morello model (13", 16", 22" 14 snare) which I still have.

When I was a kid I was playing gigs in Jackson, MS. Prior to my 18th birthday, I flew the coop as they say and ended up in Tampa, FL. for a minute, playing around and living with a rock band. That didn't work out and I ended up in Jackson for a hot minute then I went to Louisiana and played all over those parts, from Alexandria (Cen-LA) to Thibadoux (way down in the swamp).

Prior to my 21st birthday I relocated to San Diego, CA. and since then have played all over this planet, and been lucky to take up residence in some, like Taiwan. 

In 2001 I got the gig with Ike Turner and played every major jazz festival there is to play. I enjoyed every moment I had with that camp. 

In 2002 I got to play the world-famous Montreux Jazz Fest in Montreux, Switzerland and my life has not really been the same since!
